HOW TO BUY
In order to place your orders, you need an email address. The shipping address, personal and billing information will be required once you are ordering. Choose the product you want, click, and add it to your basket.
You can continue buying and adding more products in - "continue buying" - or start the purchase process by pressing the "place order" button.
Then complete the data and information requested.
After filling in your personal data to place the order, you can make the payment through the online payment platform, which will ask you for the necessary details to make the payment. The platform guarantees the privacy of the information and protects it during the user data transmission process, offering secure transactions.
The payment platform will ask you to enter your credit card details in addition to some personal information such as name, surname or ID.

Paypal offers the usual services as a payment platform. You can check them at www.paypal.es Once the payment has been made you will receive an email confirming that the order has entered the process.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIME
The delivery time will be specified in each of the items selected in the purchase. Once the order has been sent, the customer will be automatically informed by email, and will be able to track and status it. From the shipment, the delivery will be made between a period of 24 and 72 hours, this mention being non-binding for any inconvenience that may arise.
In case of not meeting the scheduled delivery date you must grant us a "grace period", even so you will be informed in advance of the possible delay.
The status of your orders is governed by the following:
_IN PROCESS_ Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming that same payment, even so until the order is found as CONFIRMED by Vitoria, no type of contract will have been established between the two.
Not being the usual, there is the possibility of stock errors in the system. In this case, Vitoria will refund the amount paid.
_CONFIRMED_ Your order has entered our system and has been confirmed. Soon its processing begins.
_WORKING_ We are processing your order or in the manufacturing process, depending on the product. _SENT TO STORE / HOME_ Your order has left the warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email and between 24 and 72 hours they will receive it at the delivery point.
_CANCELED_ Your order has been canceled. For more information, please contact us.

Shipping costs for Spain and Portugal will be 7,26€
Shipping costs for the rest UE countries you should ask by email, the price will change depend of the dimension.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To carry out any return or claim it is necessary to have the order reference number. To do this, contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +34 967 37 75 26 / +34 931 621 282.
You can return the product within 15 days from when the item was delivered. Vitoria will be in charge of collecting the package, charging the cost later. The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered, with original labels, packaging and without any use.
Once we receive the product and its status is confirmed, the purchase will be refunded using the same method in which it was made, discounting the cost corresponding to the return).

CHANGE A PRODUCT
Products can only be returned for a refund. To change a size, color or other type of product you must make a new order.

The exclusive customization, to the customer's liking, offered in some of our products means that we cannot accept returns of them, except for those that present manufacturing defects.
